The purpose of the Murray Avenue PTA is to strengthen the relationship between our homes, our school and our community. Our goal is to work together to enhance the learning environment of our children and to ensure that each child succeeds.
How can you help?
Become a PTA member. A small membership of $15, per family, will support a wide range of activities and programs that enrich our children's school life. Click on Membership to the left.
Share your ideas & stay connected. PTA meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month (no meeting in December & June), at 9:15am, in the MAS Library. Our meetings are open to all parents and guardians. Click Meeting Dates to the left.
Participate in PTA events & fundraisers.
Volunteer. Even parents with minimal extra time can be an asset to our team. Volunteer opportunities come up throughout the school year. Help out in a capacity that works for you. See new volunteer guidelines (as of July 2015) on under parents tab.
Make a difference at home. MAS participates in a variety of retail programs, such as Box Tops for Education, Giant A+ Program & Target Red Card, Take Care of Education. We also collect aluminum can tabs for Ronald McDonald House. Click on Retail Rewards to the left.
