The Lower Moreland High School Counseling Department endorses the district's belief in fostering individual excellence in a nurturing environment. As students enter 9th grade, they are assigned to a counselor who remains with them throughout each of their high school years. School counselors, in alignment with the American School Counselor Association, work with students both individually and collectively in the classroom setting. Counselors target the areas of academic advising, personal and social development as well as college and career readiness.
